Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Gogy governing gydate.com, the Gay Chat Android application, and related services. By signing in with Google or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally able to enter a binding contract.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• Not have been previously banned from Gay Chat.

Your account

You create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for your Google account security and all activity under your Gay Chat profile. Provide a truthful age, name, and location. Use photos that accurately represent you.

The service

Gay Chat provides profile discovery, messaging, optional video calls, and premium features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, or stalk others; post explicit, illegal, or hateful content; impersonate others; spam, scam, or solicit money; attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; or use Gay Chat if you are under 18.

User content

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Gogy a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Premium and payments

Premium is billed through Google Play (and, where offered, Stripe). Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the store. Refunds follow the applicable store policy.

Safety

We provide block and report tools. We may investigate and take action including warnings, suspension, or bans. Gogy is not responsible for user conduct online or offline.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee matches or that users are who they claim to be. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gogy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies. Questions: support@gydate.com with subject Terms Inquiry.
